Pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas, transparansi, budaya organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research untuk mengetahui hubungan kausal antar variabel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas, transparansi, budaya organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Selain itu, secara simultan keempat variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance serta kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan akuntabilitas, transparansi, budaya organisasi yang kuat, serta penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional yang efektif dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat.
