Paradoks Kepemimpinan Dalam Mendorong Kinerja Perusahaan Antara Inovasi Digital Dan Efisiensi Pada Industri Manufaktur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan inovasi digital dan kepemimpinan berbasis efisiensi operasional terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur, dengan digital ambidexterity sebagai variabel moderasi. Fokus inovasi digital mencakup adopsi teknologi Industri 4.0 meliputi Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, dan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dalam proses produksi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survei terstruktur yang diadministrasikan kepada 215 manajer dan pemimpin lini dari 43 perusahaan manufaktur di Jawa Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan: kepemimpinan inovasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (β = 0,438; t = 6,844; p < 0,001; f² = 0,341); kepemimpinan efisiensi operasional berpengaruh positif signifikan (β = 0,312; t = 4,394; p < 0,01; f² = 0,192); dan digital ambidexterity memoderasi secara positif pengaruh simultan keduanya terhadap kinerja perusahaan (β = 0,221; t = 2,797; p < 0,01; R² = 0,703). Penelitian menegaskan bahwa pemimpin yang mengintegrasikan transformasi digital dengan efisiensi operasional secara simultan menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Model ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dynamic capabilities dan digital ambidexterity dalam konteks manufaktur negara berkembang.
