Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BP2RD) Kabupaten Sorong

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BP2RD) Kabupaten Sorong. Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas organisasi, terutama dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dan optimalisasi penerimaan daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai BP2RD Kabupaten Sorong sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pegawai terhadap aturan kerja, motivasi mendorong semangat dan produktivitas kerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja meningkatkan komitmen serta kualitas pelaksanaan tugas. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi instansi dalam merumuskan kebijakan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja organisasi.
