Peran Knowledge Sharing Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Safety-Specific Transformational Leadership dan Work Pressure Terhadap Safety Behaviour Pada Sektor Perbankan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh safety-specific transformational leadership dan work pressure terhadap safety behaviour melalui knowledge sharing sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan salah satu bank konvensional milik pemerintah di wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan karena sektor perbankan menghadapi tekanan kerja yang tinggi serta tuntutan kepatuhan prosedur yang ketat sehingga perilaku keselamatan kerja menjadi aspek penting dalam menjaga kualitas operasional dan keamanan layanan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan aktif yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dengan jumlah minimal responden sebanyak 170 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap safety behaviour, serta safety-specific transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing. Namun, safety-specific transformational leadership dan work pressure tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap safety behaviour. Selain itu, knowledge sharing terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh safety-specific transformational leadership terhadap safety behaviour, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara work pressure dan safety behaviour. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan budaya berbagi pengetahuan menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan perilaku keselamatan kerja di sektor perbankan.
