Green Human Resource Management Dan Kinerja Inovasi Pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Gowa: Peran Mediasi OCBE

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) terhadap kinerja inovasi UMKM di Kabupaten Gowa dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE). Kesadaran akan keberlanjutan lingkungan mendorong UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan praktik manajemen ramah lingkungan. Green HRM dianggap sebagai pendekatan strategis yang dapat membentuk perilaku pro-lingkungan karyawan serta mendorong inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 145 responden UMKM di Kabupaten Gowa dan menganalisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Green HRM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCBE dan kinerja inovasi. OCBE berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara Green HRM dan kinerja inovasi UMKM. Penerapan praktik Green HRM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan perilaku sukarela karyawan yang peduli lingkungan dan kemampuan inovasi organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur Green HRM dalam konteks UMKM serta menjadi referensi untuk praktik bisnis berkelanjutan.
