Peran Digitalisasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja dan Keberlanjutan UMKM di Kabupaten Takalar

Digitalisasi menjadi salah satu strategi penting bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi perubahan perilaku konsumen, persaingan pasar, dan perkembangan ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan sebanyak tiga pelaku UMKM yang bergerak pada sektor kuliner dan ritel barang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam secara tatap muka, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada periode April–Mei 2026. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Keabsahan data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi UMKM di Kabupaten Takalar diwujudkan melalui penggunaan media sosial, marketplace, sistem pembayaran digital, dan komunikasi digital. Digitalisasi berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM melalui peningkatan penjualan, efisiensi operasional, perluasan pasar, dan kemudahan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Selain itu, digitalisasi juga mendukung keberlanjutan usaha melalui kemampuan mempertahankan pelanggan, menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran dengan perubahan pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Namun, pemanfaatan digitalisasi masih menghadapi hambatan berupa keterbatasan literasi digital, kesulitan membuat konten promosi, perubahan fitur aplikasi, dan kualitas jaringan internet yang belum stabil. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa penguatan digitalisasi UMKM perlu didukung oleh pelatihan praktis, pendampingan berkelanjutan, optimalisasi marketplace, pemanfaatan pembayaran digital, dan peningkatan infrastruktur internet.
