Pengaruh Pembinaan Kepribadian dan Pembinaan Kemandirian terhadap Kesiapan Reintegrasi Narapidana dengan Efikasi diri sebagai variable Mediasi

Reintegrasi sosial narapidana kerap terhambat oleh stigma, hambatan psikologis, dan ketidaksiapan vokasional, sementara program pembinaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) belum tentu efektif membentuk kesiapan tersebut karena minimnya kapabilitas internal yang memediasi hasil pembinaan menjadi perilaku adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian dan kemandirian terhadap kesiapan reintegrasi narapidana, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi efikasi diri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif explanatory research terhadap 165 narapidana Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Malang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, dengan data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian dan kemandirian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri maupun kesiapan reintegrasi, dan efikasi diri merupakan prediktor kesiapan reintegrasi terkuat dalam model (β = 0,536). Efikasi diri juga terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepribadian dan kemandirian terhadap kesiapan reintegrasi, dengan pola berbeda: kepribadian bekerja dominan melalui jalur psikologis, sedangkan kemandirian dominan melalui jalur perilaku-vokasional langsung. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 74,7% variasi kesiapan reintegrasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pembinaan kepribadian, kemandirian, dan penguatan efikasi diri sebagai strategi pengembangan SDM berbasis pemasyarakatan untuk menekan residivisme
