Pengaruh Human Capital Dan Turnover Intention Terhadap Daya Saing Café Studi Pada Bercakap Kopi Kediri

Peningkatan persaingan industri cafe menuntut pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk memperkuat daya saing usaha. Human Capital yang mencakup pengetahuan, keterampilan, kompetensi, dan pengalaman karyawan memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kemampuan bersaing, sedangkan Turnover Intention dapat mengganggu stabilitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis pengaruh Human Capital dan Turnover Intention terhadap daya saing Bercakap Kopi Kediri, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 30 karyawan Bercakap Kopi Kediri dan semua karyawan dijadikan responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Turnover Intention berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap daya saing dengan nilai signifikansi 0,189. Secara simultan, Human Capital dan Turnover Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing dengan nilai F sebesar 159,610 dan R² sebesar 0,922. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi karyawan melalui pelatihan dan berbagi pengetahuan menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing kafe
