The implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has accelerated the movement toward digital payments in Indonesia. However, consumers’ readiness to use QRIS is influenced by several factors, including financial literacy, trust, and the ability to manage risks arising from digital transactions. This research aims to assess the extent to which digital financial literacy, consumer trust, and financial risk behavior shape consumers’ intentions to conduct QRIS-based transactions in Solo City. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, with 215 respondents chosen through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that consumer trust, digital financial literacy, and financial risk behavior each have positive, statistically significant effects on consumers’ intention to transact using QRIS. Taken together, these findings imply that strengthening consumer trust in the security and reliability of payment systems, enhancing digital financial literacy, and improving consumers’ capacity to understand and control risks in digital transactions will increase QRIS usage intentions in Solo City.
