Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstrak
Peneltian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 68 karyawan PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan wilayah yang ingin diteliti oleh peneliti. Populasi yang akan digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar yang berjumlah 215 orang. Sampel adalah bagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel, penulis memakai rumus sampel yang dikemukakan oleh Slovin. Berdasarkan rumus tersebut, maka jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 68,253 dibulatkan menjadi 68 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa tahap pengujian yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F serta uji koefisien determinasi dan koefisien kolerasi berganda. Hasil dari temuan penelitian ini untuk bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out to 68 employees of PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The study's population is the area the researcher wants to study. The population to be used is employees of PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, totaling 215 people. The sample is part or representative of the population being studied. To determine the sample size, the authors use the sample formula proposed by Slovin. Based on this formula, the number of samples taken in this study was 68,253, rounded up to 68 people. Data analysis in this study used several stages of testing, namely validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis tests, t-test, F test, and test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of this study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline affects and is substantial on employee performance.
