ABSTRACT
This study uses a method with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted on teachers in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency with a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the ability variable has a positive and significant direct effect on teacher work motivation in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. The work attitude has a direct influence that has a positive and significant value on teacher work motivation in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. The ability to have a direct and positive and significant influence on the performance of Teachers in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. The work attitude has a direct and positive influence that directly and significantly affects the performance of teachers in Islamic Madrasas in Maros Regency. Work motivation has a direct influence that has a positive and significant value on teacher performance in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. Ability has a positive and significant indirect effect on teacher performance through teacher work motivation in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. Work attitudes have a positive and significant indirect effect on teacher performance through the ability of teachers in Aliah Madrasah in Maros Regency.
