Eskrim Kulit Pisang merupakan inovasi produk pangan yang memanfaatkan limbah organik berupa kulit pisang untuk diolah menjadi Eskrim. Dengan pengolahan benar, kulit pisang memiliki sejumlah kandungan nutrisi yang tentunya sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh manusia. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan kontribusi terhadap masyarakat setempat di bidang pangan dengan menciptakan produk inovasi healthy dessert, yaitu BanaNice. Produk yang ditawarkan adalah Eskrim dari kulit pisang terdiri dari 2 rasa yaitu original, dan coklat. Disini akan dianalisis secara terbentuknya bisnis dengan menerapkan manajemen proyek. Hal yang akan di terapkan adalah manajemen integrasi proyek, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communication management, project risk management, project procurement management, project stakeholder.
