Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMKN 1 Makassar

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on student achievement in the accounting expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Interpersonal communication is the independent variable (X) and learning achievement is the dependent variable (Y) in this study. All students of the accounting expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar for the academic year 2022/2023 are the population in this study, totaling 433 students, for a sample of 87 students obtained using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires and documentation were used to collect data. Descriptive analysis, instrument testing, and hypothesis testing were the data analysis techniques used. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that interpersonal communication is included in the high category where the percentage is 83.48 percent, while learning achievement is included in the good category. The results of the data analysis show that the simple linear regression equation model Y = 69.784 + 0.241X means that if the interpersonal communication variable is zero, then the learning achievement variable is 69.784. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.131 or 13.1 percent. This shows that interpersonal communication affects learning achievement by 13.1 percent while 86.9 percent is influenced by other factors. The t-test results show a significant value of 0.001 less than 5 percent (0.001 <0.05) which means that there is a significant influence between interpersonal communication and learning achievement, thus the hypothesis is accepted.
