PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 62 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa.
