Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal dan dukungan organisasi terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan perusahaan logistik PT X. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tuntutan ketepatan waktu, akurasi, dan efisiensi operasional di sektor logistik yang menuntut koordinasi informasi yang efektif serta dukungan organisasi yang mampu menciptakan kenyamanan kerja. Dalam praktiknya, ketidakefektifan komunikasi dan kurang optimalnya dukungan organisasi dapat menimbulkan kesenjangan pemahaman kerja, menurunkan kepuasan kerja, serta memengaruhi penilaian karyawan terhadap kinerja yang mereka hasilkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan dukungan organisasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan namun berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti memediasi hubungan komunikasi internal dan dukungan organisasi terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan komunikasi yang terbuka dan dukungan organisasi yang konsisten guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja serta memperkuat persepsi kinerja secara berkelanjutan di perusahaan ini.
