Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Veneer dan Plywood Kabupaten Kendal)

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dalam pengumpulan datanya. Kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 165 kepada karyawan pada perusahaan Veneer dan Plywood di daerah Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode non-probabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract
This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational justice on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative by using survey methods in data collection. 165 questionnaires were distributed to employees at Veneer and Plywood companies in the Kendal Regency area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a non-probability method. The results showed that transformational leadership did not have a positive effect on employee performance and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
