Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Daya Makassar. 2) Untuk mengetahui variable yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daya Makassar. Perhitungan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan asumsi bahwa populasi tersebut berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil sampel peneliti adalah sebanyak 89 responden. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Dengan data yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daya Makassar. (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari kedua variabel tersebut variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract
The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of the Makassar Daya General Hospital employees. Select the most dominant variable on employee performance at the Daya Makassar General Hospital. The sample calculation is done using the Slovin formula, assuming that the population is normally distributed. Based on the results of the research sample, there were 89 respondents. The types and sources of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative, with data sourced from primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis show that Organizational Culture has an effect on performance at the Daya Makassar General Hospital. Work Discipline affects employee performance. Of the two variables, the most dominant variable is Work Discipline.
