Tingkat Pendidikan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh Muhammad Fadel, dengan judul Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diimplementasikan di Kantor Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sebanyak 54 Pegawai. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dan data uji teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas. Analisis regresi berganda, untuk memverifikasi dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
