Apakah Pelatihan dan Motivasi Mampu Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan?

Secara objektif studi ini kami lakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh dari variabel pelatihan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi ini dilakukan pada pada PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia dengan melibatkan 64 orang responden. Data yang kami gunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner yang berisi draft pernyataan yang harus dijawab. Setiap jawaban responden akan diberi bobot skor seperti jawaban (Sangat Setuju=5, Setuju=4, Cukup Setuju=3, Tidak Setuju=2, Sangat Tidak Setuju=1) kemudian dilanjutkan dengan langkah analisis data menggunakan bantuan alat SPSS. Data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap pengujian seperti uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas. Terakhir adalah melakukan uji hipotesis melalui uji simultan (uji F), uji parsial (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil uji statistik, kami menemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian sacara simultan variabel (pelatihan dan motivasi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini memberi gambaran bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan dan Motivasi yang tinggi terbukti mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan.
