Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan tensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar sebanyak 120 karyawan. Berdasarkan populasi yang ada maka dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. sehingga yang dijadikan sampel adalah sebanyak 92 karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dimana variabel budaya organisasi memiliki tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.008 yaitu lebih kecil dari 0.05. Semakin tinggi budaya organisasi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan, maka membuat kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat. 2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dimana variabel kompetensi memiliki tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000 yaitu lebih kecil dari 0.05. Semakin kompetensi karyawan maka membuat kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat.
