Anteseden dan Konsekuensi dari Employee Commitment pada Tenaga kesehatan di Jakarta Barat

Employee Commitment adalah Karyawan yang terlibat secara psikologis terikat pada organisasi, berdedikasi untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas kepada organisasi, dan jarang meninggalkan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi employee commitment tenaga kesehatan di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga Kesehatan yang ada di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 140 responden. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi kuantitatif dan sampel yang dimasukkkan sebanyak 140 pekerja. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program statistik AMOS versi 26. Disimpulkan hipotesis 1 didukung karena terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara trust dan job satisfaction dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0,412 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Hipotesis 2 juga didukung yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Performance Appraisal Justice terhadap Job Satisfaction yang memiliki nilai estimasi sebesar 0,558 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Selanjutnya untuk hipotesis 3 terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Commitment dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0,269 dengan p-value sebesar 0,003.
