Penerapan Theory Of Reason Action Dan Social-Capital Theory Dalam Menentukan Niat Untuk Berbagi Pengetahuan Secara Virtual

Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kepercayaan terhadap niat untuk berbagi pengetahuan secara virtual di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis di UNISBANK, Semarang. Riset ini menerapkan TRA dan SCT untuk menjelaskan variabel independen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan quota sampling. Terdapat 110 mahasiswa yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk berbagi pengetahuan, 2) Norma subjektif dan kepercayaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk berbagi pengetahuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and trust on the intention to share knowledge virtually among students of the Faculty of Economics and business at UNISBANK, in Semarang. This research applies The Theory of Reason Action and Social-Capital Theory to explain the independent variable. Sampling technique with quota sampling. 110 students were selected as a sample. To analyze the data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1) attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the intention to share knowledge, 2) subjective norms and beliefs do not have a significant influence on the intention to share knowledge.
