perusahaan berperan vital dalam pergerakan mencapai pekerjaan karyawan dengan kinerja karyawan hidupnya mampu menjamin kesejahteraan maksimal keseimbangan dalam bekerja hidup menjadi penting diciptakan karyawan berdampak Rumusan masalah apakah Work Life Balance dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuan dicapai menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, kinerja karyawan Metode Penelitian, Pendekatan kuantitatif dipergunakan mendapatkan data bentuk angka dimulai pengumpulan, penafsiran hasil diperoleh. Lokasi penelitian PT. Kima di kota Makassar. Populasi 200 Sampel. Karyawan bagian produksi berjumlah 100 Orang. Pembahasan hasil, X1. Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Aturan ataupun nilai disepakati. X2. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja bentuk perasaan atas pekerjaanya. X3. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan memandang perilaku dilakukan terjadi karena motif tertentu. X4. Work life balance berpengaruh positif penyebab berperilaku karena lingkungan perusahaan menuju perkembangan. Z. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap mediasi kepuasan kerja dorong keadaan tertentu hasil persepsi. Y. kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh adanya penyebab atau motif lingkungan perusahaan.
