Peran Kunci Leverage Point dalam Meningkatkan Keberhasilan Rencana Implementasi Perubahan Organisasi

Perubahan organisasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang tidak terhindarkan bagi organisasi yang ingin tetap relevan dan berkembang di tengah dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah. Saat ini, implementasi perubahan seringkali menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dan sulit diatasi. Salah satu faktor kunci ynag dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan yakni pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai leverage point. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) mendefinisikan leverage point, 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rencana implementasi, 3) mengidentifikasi peran kunci leverage point dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kajian pustaka adalah literatur review dengan mengkaji berbagai kajian pustaka khususnya jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil pembacaan dari berbagai teori dan hasil penelitian diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan tema penelitian, untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tekstual. Hasil analisis selanjutnya disimpulkan dengan mengacu pada rumusan masalah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi dan pemanfaatan leverage point yang tepat dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi perubahan. Faktor-faktor seperti pemahaman mendalam mengenai dinamika organisasi, kemampuan adaptasi, kepemimpinan yang kuat, serta keterlibatan aktif dari seluruh stakeholders menjadi kunci sukses dalam mengoptimalkan leverage point. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman tentang strategi implementasi perubahan organisasi yang efektif melalui pemanfaatan leverage point. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi pemimpin organisasi untuk memahami dan mengelola leverage point secara strategis guna meningkatkan keberhasilan rencana implementasi perubahan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif.
