Budaya Organisasi Inklusif: Meningkatkan Keragaman Dan Kesetaraan Dalam Tempat Kerja

 Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana budaya organisasi inklusif dapat meningkatkan keragaman dan kesetaraan di tempat kerja. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan, ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi yang inklusif berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan menghargai perbedaan individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan inklusif dalam manajemen organisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan keragaman dan kesetaraan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada kinerja organisasi yang lebih baik dan kepuasan karyawan yang lebih tinggi.
