Manajemen Pengetahuan Dalam Organisasi Global : Systematic Literature Review

Penelitian ini mengulas secara sistematis literatur terkait manajemen pengetahuan dalamorganisasi global, dengan fokus pada tantangan, praktik, dan strategi efektif. Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan protokol PRISMA, sebanyak 99.424 artikel awal diidentifikasi melalui pencarian database, yang disaring menjadi 10 artikel relevan untuk analisis mendalam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan di organisasi global menghadapi tantangan signifikan seperti perbedaan budaya, geografis, dan teknologi. Sistem berbasis teknologi informasi digunakan untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, memfasilitasi transfer pengetahuan eksplisit dan tacit antar cabang. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam kelompok motivasi akademisipraktis, bisnis, instrumental, pematuh, teoretis, dan fasilitator hubunganyang memengaruhi dinamika manajemen pengetahuan. Temuan menunjukkan perlunya kebijakan institusional yang mendukung beragam motivasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan kolaboratif dan produktif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana manajemen pengetahuan dapat meningkatkan kinerja, inovasi, dan adaptasi organisasi global dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.
