Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Mengajar, Kompetensi Teknologi Dan Gaya Pengajaran Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru Di Sma Negeri 1 Krian Sidoarjo

Saat ini, pendidik memiliki fungsi dan tugas penting dalam memfasilitasi perjalanan pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah. Sebagai salah satu elemen utama dalam sistem pendidikan, guru berperan dalam mengarahkan dan mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi teknologi, dan gaya pengajaran terhadap prestasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Krian Sidoarjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan fokus pada sekelompok pendidik yang bekerja di SMA Negeri 1 Krian Sidoarjo. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui survei online dengan menggunakan Google Form, yang dikirimkan kepada 79 partisipan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengolahan data dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26 menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman mengajar, kompetensi teknologi, serta gaya pengajaran berdampak secara signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Krian Sidoarjo.
