Menjadikan peserta didik sebagai individu yang kreatif merupakan suatu tantangan bagi kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan. Dikatakan sebagai tantangan karena mengembangkan potensi kreatif peserta didik dan menjadi pribadi yang berkarakter kreatif merupakan salah satu dimensi tujuan pendidikan nasional dan juga merupakan salah satu dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Kepemimpinan Kreatif Kepala Sekolah pada SMP Negeri 2 Aifat di Kabupaten Maybrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMP Negeri 2 Aifat di Kabupaten Maybrat. Hasil peneltian : 1). Kepemimpinan kreatif kepala sekolah terbentuk atas perilaku kepala yang memfasilitasi kreativitas guru dan perilaku kepala sekolah yang mengarahkan perwujudan visi kreatif melalui kerja guru. Perilaku kepala sekolah yang memfasilitasi kreativitas guru ditunjukkan melalui motivasi eksternal dan motivasi internal. Perilaku kepala sekolah yang mengarahkan perwujudan visi kreatif melalui kerja guru ditunjukkan melalui komunikasi langsung dan komunikasi tidak langsung. 2). Faktor-faktor penentu kepemimpinan kreatif kepala sekolah terdiri atas faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambat. Faktor penentu yang berfungsi penunjang ditunjukkan melalui karakteristik kepala sekolah, karakteristik guru, ketaatan beragama, dan otonomi dan kewenangan. Faktor penentu yang berfungsi penghambat ditunjukkan melalui karakteristik kepala sekolah, karakteristik guru, karakteristik kebijakan, dan karakteristik lingkungan sekolah.
