Manajemen Talenta Berbasis Green HRM: Strategi Keberlanjutan SDM dalam Mendukung Praktik ESG di Era Industri 5.0

Era Industri 5.0 menuntut transformasi strategis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) dan manajemen talenta terhadap keberlanjutan SDM dalam konteks penerapan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) terhadap 180 responden dari sektor industri yang telah menerapkan ESG di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green HRM dan manajemen talenta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan SDM. Selain itu, manajemen talenta terbukti memediasi pengaruh Green HRM terhadap keberlanjutan SDM. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi Green HRM dan manajemen talenta dalam mendukung agenda keberlanjutan organisasi secara menyeluruh.
