Pengaruh Religiusitas, Persepsi Risiko, Norma Subjektif, Dan Kontrol Perilaku Yang Dirasakan Terhadap Niat Menggunakan Bank Syariah di Surabaya

Sari


Perbankan Islam adalah bidang dinamis dalam sektor perbankan. Industri ini memiliki potensi  besar untuk menarik umat Islam maupun non-Islam untuk  layanan perbankan. Bank syariah menjalankan fungsi penting yang sama dengan bank konvensional, hanya saja transaksinya dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan dan prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas, persepsi risiko, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap niat menggunakan bank syariah di surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum di Surabaya. Peneliti menyebarkan 150 kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui media google form, namun hanya ada 126 tanggapan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t dapat diketahui bahwa religiusitas (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan (Y), ini dibuktikan dengan uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,031 dengan signifikansi 0,044 sehingga dinyatakan hipotesis 1 diterima. Selanjutnya, variabel persepsi risiko (X2) dinyatakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan (Y), dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 9,588 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga hipotesis 2 juga dapat diterima. Pada variabel norma subjektif (X3) dinyatakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan (Y), dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 7,308 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga hipotesis 3 terbukti kebenarannya. Pada variabel kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan (X4) dinyatakan  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan (Y), dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,094 dengan signifikansi 0,038 sehingga dinyatakan hipotesis 4 diterima.
