Pengaruh Budaya Digital dan Media Sosial terhadap Adaptabilitas SDM dengan Employee Resilience sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada UMKM di Kota Surakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana budaya digital dan media sosial mempengaruhi kemampuan beradaptasi sumber daya manusia, dengan ketahanan karyawan bertindak sebagai faktor penengah dalam UMKM yang berlokasi di Kota Surakarta. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan, menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 140 karyawan UMKM terpilih melalui pengambilan sampel yang bertujuan untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural berdasarkan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa budaya digital dan media sosial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kemampuan beradaptasi SDM dan ketahanan karyawan. Selain itu, ketahanan karyawan berdampak positif pada kemampuan beradaptasi SDM dan secara efektif memediasi hubungan antara budaya digital dan media sosial pada kemampuan beradaptasi SDM. Hasilnya menyoroti pentingnya dukungan dari lingkungan digital dan komunikasi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan beradaptasi karyawan dalam UKM di tengah transformasi digital dan lanskap bisnis yang berubah.
