Membangun Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Melalui Kepemimpinan Digital Serta Peran Komitmen Afektif Sebagai Moderator Pada Organisasi Pemerintah

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menyelidiki peran kepemimpinan digital dalam mempromosikan perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai pemerintah serta mengkaji peran komitmen afektif sebagai variabel moderator pada hubungan tersebut dalam kerangka konseptual Path-Goal Theory. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai desain pada penelitian ini dengan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 220 pegawai di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, Indonesia. Data penelitian dievaluasi menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1.1.4 Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan digital dan komitmen afektif masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai serta komitmen afektif memoderasi peran kepemimpinan digital bagi munculnya perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengisi kekosongan literatur yang masih sangat jarang mengkaji bagaimana mekanisme kepemimpinan digital dalam mendorong munculnya perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai serta peran krusial komitmen afektif sebagai variabel kontingensi dalam hubungan tersebut, khususnya di organisasi pemerintah.
