Analisis Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Pegawai dalam Meningkatkan Efektifitas Organisasi di Kantor BPKAD Kota Sorong

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen pegawai terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kota Sorong. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui kemampuan pimpinan dalam memberikan arahan, motivasi, komunikasi, dan pengambilan keputusan. Komitmen pegawai juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi yang tercermin dari loyalitas, tanggung jawab, dan keterlibatan pegawai dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Secara simultan, perilaku kepemimpinan dan komitmen pegawai memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi pada Kantor BPKAD Kota Sorong.
