Analisis Personal Financial Management Behavior: Integrasi Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude, dan Self-Control

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial literacy, financial attitude, dan self-control terhadap Personal Financial Management Behavior pada Generasi Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya penggunaan layanan keuangan digital di kalangan Generasi Z yang di satu sisi memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, namun di sisi lain juga meningkatkan risiko perilaku konsumtif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling melalui accidental sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 245 responden Generasi Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Personal Financial Management Behavior dengan koefisien jalur 0,256 dan p-value 0,005. Financial attitude juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien jalur 0,807 dan p-value 0,000, serta menjadi variabel yang paling dominan. Sementara itu, self-control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Personal Financial Management Behavior dengan p-value 0,000, namun menunjukkan arah hubungan negatif dengan koefisien jalur -0,361. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 50,2% variasi Personal Financial Management Behavior. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi keuangan, pembentukan sikap keuangan yang positif, dan pengembangan kontrol diri dalam meningkatkan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pribadi Generasi Z.
