Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Kecerdasan Intelektual terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BPR Kota Batam

Perkembangan industri perbankan di Batam dinilai semakin maju. Hal tersebut ditandai dari semakin banyaknya kantor cabang dari bank nasional maupun konvensional. Salah satunya merupakan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). Mengingat dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh industry perbankan cukup besar, maka kualitas dari sumberdaya manusia didalamnya harus berkualitas. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kinerja kerja serta terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
