Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Retensi Karyawan pada Karyawan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Batam

Meningkatkan retensi karyawan terhadap perusahaan merupakan usaha yang banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mempertahankan karaywan yang mempunyai kinerja dan perilaku baik untuk tetap bersama perusahaan. Dengan adanya peningkatan retensi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan dengan keberhasilan operasional dan inovasi produk. Berbagai usaha peningkatan retensi bisa dilakukan seperti paket kompensasi yang menarik, kegiatan pelatihan, jalur karir yang jelas dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor sumber daya manusia terhadap retensi karyawan pada karyawan BPR di Batam dengan melibatkan sebanyak 360 orang responden. Hasil penelitian membuktikan beberapa variabel berpengaruh terhadap variabel retensi karyawan, namun juga ditemukan bahwa beberapa variabel seperti kompensasi, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap retensi.
