Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kantor Camat Walea Kepualauan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Camat Walea Kepulauan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Camat Walea Kepualauan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Hal ini dilihat dari pengujian statistik yang menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikasi variabel kualitas pelayanan publik (X) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05. Selain itu variabel kualitas pelayanan publik juga memiliki hubungan yang kuat hal ini dilihat dari nilai korelasi 0,718. Sementara untuk besaran pengaruhnya variabel kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat adalah sebesar 51,5% dan 48,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
