Pengaruh Kemudahan Penggunaan, Manfaat, Keamanan Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan E-Wallet Ovo

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, benefits, security and promotion on the decision to use OVO e-wallet. The population in this study are consumers of E-wallet users who have made transactions on OVO at least 2 times with an age range of <20 years whose number cannot be known. Samples taken as many as 100 consumers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Ease of use has proven to have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet. 2) Benefits are rejected and have no significant effect on the Use Decision variable. Which means that the benefits have a negative effect on the replacement decision which results from when the value of the benefits increases, the value of the decision to use will decrease. 3) Security has a significant positive effect on the decision to use the OVO e-wallet. It can be concluded that if the security of the OVO E-wallet is increased, it is likely that the decision to use the influence will increase.
