RESPON FLUKTUASI TINGKAT UPAH TERHADAP PERUBAHAN TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN DI INDONESIA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurai penyebab perubahan struktur keuangan di Indonesia melalui kebijakan tingkat upah yang berdampak pada tingkat pengangguran, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Metode pengukuran dilakukan dengan mengelolah data statistik yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Bank Sentral Indonesia, menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 23, data tersebut disajikan secara time series secara quartalan dari tahun 2009 hingga 2019. Adapun hasil yang ditemukan adalah pertama untuk priode jangka pendek hubungan antara tingkat upah terhadap pengangguran positif signifikan, dimana ketika kebijakan tingkat upah rendah maka potensi pengangguran akan meningkat, kedua untuk periode jangka panjang hubungan antara tingkat upah terhadap potensi pengangguran positif signifikan, ketika kebijakan tingkat upah tinggi maka potensi pengangguran juga meningkat di Indonesia.
