Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Teamwork Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Manokwari

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan teamwork terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai secara langsung, serta pengaruh budaya organisasi dan teamwork terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Kabupaten Manokwari dengan melibatkan 33 pegawai. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode path analysis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Disnakertrans Kabupaten Manokwari sangat dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi secara langsung. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi juga berperan sebagai mediator yang lebih kuat dalam hubungan antara teamwork dan kinerja dibandingkan dengan hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja.
