Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Kabupaten Manokwari

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai, di mana pegawai dengan tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas mereka. Selain itu, pelatihan kerja juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, dengan pegawai yang mengikuti pelatihan secara teratur menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang berdampak positif pada kinerja mereka.
Secara simultan, tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di BMKG Kabupaten Manokwari, menjelaskan sekitar 70% variasi dalam efektivitas kerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan pendidikan dan program pelatihan yang berkualitas bagi pegawai dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan publik.
