Adaptasi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Tren Kerja Jarak Jauh : Manajemen Kinerja dan Produktivitas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Adaptasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Penggunaan Teknologi, Fleksibilitas Waktu, Manajemen Diri, dan Manajemen Kinerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan dalam konteks kerja jarak jauh. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel dependen. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada variabel independen yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing variabel lebih besar dari 0,05. Sementara itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai F sebesar 5,996 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Namun, koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,375 menunjukkan bahwa hanya 37,5% variasi produktivitas yang dapat dijelaskan oleh model, sementara 62,5% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun adaptasi terhadap teknologi dan manajemen kinerja penting dalam konteks kerja jarak jauh, upaya tersebut belum cukup kuat untuk memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dalam kerja jarak jauh.
