Pengaruh Program Gamifikasi dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Karyawan: Pendekatan Inovatif untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Retensi Talenta di Organisasi

Dalam era transformasi digital, organisasi menghadapi tantangan untuk mempertahankan motivasi karyawan, meningkatkan kompetensi, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh Gamifikasi terhadap Inovasi, Kompetensi Karyawan, dan Motivasi Karyawan dalam konteks pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menganalisis data dari 101 responden menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gamifikasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Inovasi (O: 0,635, P: 0,000), Kompetensi Karyawan (O: 0,390, P: 0,000), dan Motivasi Karyawan (O: 0,403, P: 0,000). Selain itu, Inovasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (O: 0,322, P: 0,002) dan Motivasi Karyawan (O: 0,319, P: 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Gamifikasi bukan hanya alat strategis untuk meningkatkan hasil individu, tetapi juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap penciptaan budaya inovasi di organisasi.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Gamifikasi dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan inovasi. Namun, keberhasilannya bergantung pada desain yang tepat, dukungan manajemen, dan integrasi dengan strategi pengembangan SDM lainnya. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi untuk mengadopsi Gamifikasi sebagai bagian dari program pelatihan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan organisasi secara keseluruhan.
