Pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Produktivitas Kerja: Studi Kasus pada Industri Kreatif Era Digitalisasi di Kota Mataram

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement, yang diukur melalui dimensi Vigor, Dedication, dan Absorption, terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dalam konteks industri kreatif di era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 100 karyawan dari perusahaan di industri kreatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) dan diolah melalui analisis regresi linier menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model regresi secara keseluruhan signifikan (F = 36,415, p < 0,05), dengan nilai R Square = 0,532, yang berarti 53,2% variabilitas dalam Produktivitas Kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga dimensi employee engagement. Secara individu, hanya dimensi Vigor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (B = 0,388, p < 0,05), sedangkan dimensi Dedication (p = 0,114) dan Absorption (p = 0,341) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa energi dan semangat kerja karyawan (Vigor) memainkan peran kunci dalam mendorong produktivitas di lingkungan kerja kreatif yang dinamis.
