Digital Leadership dan Keberhasilan Transformasi Digital Organisasi: Peran Mediasi Kapabilitas Digital dan Kelincahan Organisasi

Transformasi digital telah menjadi strategi penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang semakin dinamis dan berbasis teknologi. Namun, banyak organisasi mengalami kegagalan dalam proses transformasi digital karena kurangnya kepemimpinan yang mampu mengarahkan perubahan digital secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital leadership terhadap keberhasilan transformasi digital organisasi dengan peran mediasi kapabilitas digital dan kelincahan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap karyawan pada organisasi yang sedang melakukan transformasi digital. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas digital dan kelincahan organisasi. Selain itu, kapabilitas digital dan kelincahan organisasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara digital leadership dan keberhasilan transformasi digital organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kepemimpinan digital yang mampu membangun kapabilitas digital dan meningkatkan kelincahan organisasi.
