Penilaian Tingkat Maturitas Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Pada PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan

Abstrak

Pembangunan ketahanan pangan tidak hanya menjadi tugas pemerintah melainkan juga masyarakat, termasuk perusahaan. PT.  Pupuk Indonesia  Pangan melakukan usaha agribisnis dalam mendukung produktivitas pertanian dalam bentuk korporasi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan peluang. Berbagai macam risiko dapat muncul dalam menjalankan bisnis di sektor yang mendukung Pemerintah dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan ini. Kapabilitas perusahaan dalam mengelola risiko menjadi kunci pencapaian sasaran perusahaan. Pengukuran maturitas dalam pengelolaan risiko yang dilakukan secara periodik oleh perusahaan dapat menjadi tolok ukur bagi peningkatan kapabilitas perusahaan dalam memastikan pencapaian sasarannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat maturitas penerapan manajemen risiko di perusahaan PT.  Pupuk Indonesia  Pangan dengan metode analisis deskriptif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Penentuan responden bersifat purposif sebanyak 32 orang, dengan 13 responden di antaranya terpilih untuk digali leboh mendalam melalui wawancara. Dari penelitian diketahui bahwa maturitas dalam pengeolaan risiko di  PT.  Pupuk Indonesia  Pangan masih di tingkatan awal (initial) sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah strategis bagi manajemen untuk mengembangkan lebih lanjut kapabilitasnya dalam mengelola risiko dan sekaligus meningkatkan jaminan dalam pencapaian sasaran perusahaan.

Abstract

The development of food security is not only the task of the government but also the community, including companies. PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan conducts agribusiness in supporting agricultural productivity in the form of a corporation facing various challenges and opportunities. Various kinds of risks can arise in running a business in a sector that supports the Government in realizing this food security. The company's ability to manage risk is the key to achieving company goals. The measurement of maturity in risk management carried out periodically by the company can be a benchmark for increasing the company's capability in ensuring the achievement of its targets. This research was conducted to determine the maturity level of risk management implementation in the company PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan with descriptive analysis method, with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and document review. The determination of respondents is purposive as many as 32 people, with 13 respondents of whom were selected to be explored more deeply through interviews. From the research, it is known that maturity in risk management at PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan is still at the initial stage, so strategic steps are needed for the management to further develop its capabilities in managing risk and at the same time increase guarantees in achieving company goals.
