Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis secara objektif pengaruh rotasi karyawan, beban kerja, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PD. BPR Bahteramas Konawe. Dengan menerapkan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini menyediakan bukti empiris yang diukur dan dianalisis melalui teknik Multivariate Regression Analysis (MRA), untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Lokasi penelitian dipilih di Kabupaten Konawe, mengingat keunikan dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang dihadapi oleh PD. BPR Bahteramas Konawe, sebuah lembaga keuangan daerah. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PD BPR Bahteramas Konawe yang berjumlah 32 orang sebagai responden dengan menggunakan teknik sensus, guna mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai pengaruh variabel-variabel penelitian terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data kuantitatif, yang diperoleh dari laporan resmi dan jumlah karyawan, serta data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak berwenang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner, dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur sikap, pendapat, dan persepsi responden terhadap rotasi karyawan, beban kerja, dan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan insight yang relevan dan aplikatif untuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di PD. BPR Bahteramas Konawe dan organisasi lainnya di industri serupa, dengan menyediakan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui strategi rotasi karyawan, manajemen beban kerja, dan pelatihan yang efektif.
