Innovative Strategis in Public Service Management

Abstrak
Diera globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, pelayanan publik menjadi semakin penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara efektif dan efisien. Konsep inovasi strategis dalam manajemen pelayanan publik menjadi krusial untuk menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis di dalam lingkungan pelayanan publik. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pelayanan public adalah ketidaksesuaian harapan customer dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Untuk itu pelayanan public perlu terus mengupgrade sistem pelayanan dan mengidentifikasi dengan seksama bagaimana perkembangan kebutuhan masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar terhadap suatu pelayanan sehingga masyarakat bisa menjadi loyal terhadap organisasi tersebut. Cara mengupgrade system pelayanan dengan menerapkan inovasi strategis, Inovasi telah menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan publik di berbagai negara. Tinjauan pustaka bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep inovasi strategis dalam manajemen pelayanan public, factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan inovasi strategis pada pelayanan public, dan bagaimana implementasi yang efektif inovasi strategis pada pelayanan public. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Melalui analisis berbagai sumber literatur, tinjauan ini mengungkapkan pentingnya adopsi inovasi strategis dalam konteks manajemen pelayanan publik untuk menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam era modern. Implikasi praktis dari pendekatan inovatif ini juga dibahas untuk memberikan panduan bagi praktisi dan peneliti dalam mengembangkan strategi yang relevan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan public.
