Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Work-family conflict terhadap Turnover Intention Perawat

Perawat merupakan salah satu pilar utama kesehatan yang seringkali mengalami tingkat turnover intention yang tinggi sehingga berdampak terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan, tingkat stres yang dialami serta work-family conflict menjadi perhatian ketika perawat berniat untuk meninggalkan poliklinik. Individu yang cenderung mengalami tingkat kepuasan kerja yang menurun akan meningkatkan niat mereka keluar dari poliklinik. Begitu juga ketika individu merasakan stres pada pekerjaannya dan work-family conflict yang dialami justru akan meningkatkan turnover intention. Hal ini sangat penting menjadi perhatian agar perawat lebih merasakan kebanggaan bekerja dan merasa bahwa pekerjaannya harus tetap dipertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan work-family conflict terhadap turnover intention perawat. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 78 perawat yang ada di Poliklinik wilayah Denpasar, Bali. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (2) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (3) work-family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat akan cenderung berniat meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka apabila mereka merasakan penurunan tingkat kepuasan kerja, stres kerja yang meningkat dan tinggi nya work-family conflict.
