Pengaruh Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Publik Pada UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Onohazumba Kabupaten Nias Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di UPTD Puskesmas Onohazumba, Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat yang menerima layanan di puskesmas tersebut. Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat diukur berdasarkan beberapa indikator, termasuk kecepatan pelayanan, keterampilan petugas, sarana dan prasarana, serta kejelasan informasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat mampu menjelaskan bahwa sebesar 0,698 dengan presentase sebesar 70% setelah disesuaikan terhadap sampel dan variabel independen sedangkan sisanya 30% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan agar UPTD Puskesmas Onohazumba terus melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan terhadap aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat, guna mencapai pelayanan publik yang lebih baik dan memenuhi harapan masyarakat.
